Our Onigiri Rice Balls are made with koshihikari rice, carefully grown in Maruoka-cho, located in the Kuzuryu River basin of Fukui Prefecture. Koshihikari rice cooked in a gas rice cooker has a fluffy and sticky texture. The more you chew, the more you can taste the sweetness and umami spreading through your mouth. Each flavor of onigiri is made so that you will taste the true flavors of the rice in your first bite.
Our most popular onigiri rice ball is the Shio Onigiri (salted rice ball).
The simplicity of this rice ball allows you to enjoy the deliciousness of koshihikari rice. All onigiri rice balls are freshly made by hand after receiving your order.
